How Click2Learn fits training around the day job

Every operations manager knows the problem. Your team leaders are the people holding the shift together, which is exactly why you can’t spare them for days of classroom training. So most of them end up learning to lead on the job, picking things up as they go.

Click2Learn was built to solve that. Our programmes are delivered online, in short modules that fit around shifts, so your team leaders can develop their skills without stepping away from the business.

How it works

Learners work through bite-sized modules at their own pace, on any device, whenever suits them. Each module combines short videos and interactive content, and is followed by a practical assignment where they apply what they’ve learned to their own workplace. Live coaching from experienced industry professionals helps them put the theory into practice.

Learning can also pause over your busiest periods and pick back up when things calm down, so training never competes with peak demand.

What’s covered

Our Lean Leader Programme is designed for first-line managers, team leaders and newly promoted managers.

Across 15 modules, it covers the essentials of leading a team well, including:

  • Managing conflict and communicating effectively

  • Visual management and running effective team meetings

  • Workload planning and performance management

  • Team-level problem solving and decision making

  • Coaching, mentoring and giving feedback

Learners finish by choosing a real improvement in their own area and putting it into practice, so the business sees results while they learn.

Accredited training

The programme is CPD certified and CMI recognised. Learners on our Gold package can also achieve a nationally recognised CMI Level 3 qualification, equivalent to an A-level.
